My Mum.

Last week the whole class had to write a Mother's Day poem for our mum for Mother's Day on our Chromebook. On Friday afternoon we had a celebration for our Mum's. We had  to decorate a cupcake for our Mum's for Mother's Day. My Mum couldn't make it because she was at work. Everyone was playing games with their Mum's.

How Maui Fish up the North Island.

Today we were learning about how Maui fished up the North Island.

 I enjoyed being the oldest brother because I had a good line. 

I didn't like talking because I was shy. When we finished I was glad because I was shy and it meant that I did not need to talk in front of everyone anymore. 

I learnt when I was up in front of everyone it is not scary. 

I  found challenging being Maui but I wasn't because I swapped with Hautanoa before we did our play for the class. Once I swapped with Hautonoa I felt better because I wasn't the main character.
