The holidays

 In the holidays I went fishing with Liam W and Dad we got no fish because the water was dirty. We had pizza for dinner, my toppings  were pepperoni and cheese, Liam W had the same as me. We had dinner at home with Liam W and then we took Liam W home. Then went fishing another day again with my brother. We got one fish, my brother got it but we put it in the ocean at the wharf in Gisborne by the Warehouse.

Jean Batten

 We have been learning about Jean Batten.

She was famous because she was the first woman to fly a plane from England to Australia.

I think that she was brave because she flew the plane all by herself.

My Mum.

Last week the whole class had to write a Mother's Day poem for our mum for Mother's Day on our Chromebook. On Friday afternoon we had a celebration for our Mum's. We had  to decorate a cupcake for our Mum's for Mother's Day. My Mum couldn't make it because she was at work. Everyone was playing games with their Mum's.
